Can I have an ongoing schedule?

Yes, if you would like an ongoing schedule please contact us and we can set that up for you. You may also set them up on your own using the self service appointment calendar.

Can the tutor focus on specific tasks?

Yes, we do not dictate the meetings, but we are here to help the student in whatever they need help in. Which can be solely focused on HW or just on reviewing concepts, test prep, plan as we go, etc. We can also create lesson plans to focus on the students needs.

Can you assign Homework?

Yes, if requested.

Can you send a video of the online tutoring session?

Yes, but the request must be made once tutoring session begins. We do not record any tutoring sessions unless a student asks for it. We can then share the video of the tutoring session.

Can you send a PDF of the notes that were covered during the tutoring session?

Yes, just let the tutor know.

Can I reschedule a scheduled Appointment?

Contact us directly, at least 2 hours before your appointment.

What are the payment methods available?

Customers may pay via Debit/Credit cards, Bank account, ZELLE, Cash (for in person appts.) etc. If you have any questions on particular payment types feel free to contact us.
